Hi, I’m Andee —Your wellness mom friend.

I’m a certified Pilates teacher, mindfulness educator with an M.S. in Psychology, trilingual toddler mom, and passionate believer that moms deserve so much more than just survival mode.

After becoming a mom, I went through my own personal rebirth — mentally, emotionally, physically. I learned how powerful even 10 minutes of intentional wellness can be when life is messy, loud, and beautifully full. That’s why I created Your Wellness Mom Friend — a space where busy moms like you can find simple, effective tools to feel stronger, calmer, and more like yourself again.

I have always been an active person and worked out my whole life. I started experiencing back problems a few years ago and that has stopped me from doing the training that I used to do. Once I started doing Pilates with Andee and doing her seasonal oriented workouts, my body has completely changed and I have been able to return to my usual training routine as well. I've experienced a total mind-body shift and have learned to listen to my body during movement thanks to Andee!
